A brief history of Impex

Henry Blake established Impex in 1947. Henry had had many years of experience in the lighting industry through his work for his Grandfather’s business. Henry’s son Michael joined the business in 1967.
Impex acquired Starlite Chandeliers in 1988 and in 2007 they took ownership of Peter Martin Lamps, Smithbrook Lighting and Russell Electrics.
